How to request a booking

It’s simple to request a concessionary booking through Stena Line. All requests must be by email only and can be sent to our team direct using the request form provided by following the link below.

We ask that you send the requests referring to you’re work email address or supervisors/managers email address only. Requests made referring a personal email address will not be accepted or replied to.

Please note: all requests are granted based on availability and allocation. Although Stena Line will try its best, we cannot guarantee all requests will be granted.

Once we have received your request, we will then process this and do our best to book the details you have requested. If the requested details cannot be fulfilled, we will either notify you via email or book the next available/convenient sailing. Once you’re booking has been confirmed you will then receive a confirmation e-ticket to the email address used for the request. Any queries should immediately be directed to

Payment can be made using all major credit/Debit cards and MUST be made within 24 hours of the confirmation e-ticket being sent to you.
